Student Spirit Week for Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week
May 3rd - 7th we will be celebrating the best teachers and staff in the galaxy! We are asking our students to join in the fun by participating in the student spirit week. The attached flyer provides you with the details of the activities we are asking students to participate in every day.
Kiwanis Club of FLB Bike Rodeo & Safety Day
From 9 am - 12 pm on Saturday, June 5th the Kiwanis Club of FLB will be hosting a bike rodeo and safety day at Mill Village Elementary. Children from ages 3 - 12 can participate in the day's events. FREE Summer Lunch Distribution Details
FLB will once again be offering FREE meals to children under the age of 18. The lunch distribution will occur from 11 am - 1 pm from June 14th - August 12th. Distribution will occur on Mondays and Wednesdays at Fort LeBoeuf High School. Distribution will occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Mill Village Elementary School. Details are located on the attached flyer.
2021 - 2022 FLB Academic Calendar
The FLB School Board approved the academic calendar for the 2021 - 2022 school year. The first day of school for students will be Tuesday, August 31st. WES is planning to hold Kindergarten Orientation on Monday, August 23rd. Please print the attached calendar and refer to it during the new school year.
Covid Relief Connection for Erie County Residents
The Union City Family Support Center is helping families to access resources that are available to Erie County residents if they need assistance with unemployment, overdue rent, eviction, unpaid utility bills, and not having health care. Retention and Destruction of Special Education, Gifted Education & Chapter 15/Section 504 Records
After August 31, 2021 the FLBSD will destroy all Special Education, Gifted Education, and Chapter 15/Section 504 records for individuals born during the years of 1993, 1994, and 1995. If you or someone you know would like to claim their records, please contact 814-796-3748 to make an appointment to secure the personal records. The attached flyer provides you with all of the details and information related to retention and destruction of the files.
